Mixed Ability Pilates

The main focus of the Pilates classes are to improve core strength, flexibility, joint mobility and strength. They are designed to build more body awareness in order to achieve better movement patterns and a pain free body. It’s physical and mental body conditioning, that releases tension and promotes relaxation. We also work on improving balance, coordination and posture through progressive moves that have a natural Dance element.

Pilates helps improve flexibility, posture and strength, in short it improves the way you move which in turn helps you to live a better life.

During my classes I try to cater to everybody’s needs, by providing adaptions and progressions for each exercise in a warm and friendly environment.

I am a fully qualified level 3 Mat based Pilates instructor who is also pre and postnatally trained and has taught Pilates for over 8 years.

Come and revive your body and core strength through flowing functional movement using Mat based exercises and bands, balls and blocks. £10 drop in, £8 if booked for term
