Gentle Seated Yoga
This seated yoga practice is focused on supporting good and natural alignment. We build strength and balance in order to support day to day activities, and gently stretch to help keep you moving with more ease and freedom.
Designed with injuries in mind, the practice is open to all levels, abilities and ages. With a gentle sound meditation and breathing exercises, you will hopefully leave feeling nourished body, mind and soul.
