Welcome
Hello, here at Corbett Community Library we are doing our best to provide as many services as possible in light of the current situation, whilst keeping our customers, volunteers and staff safe.
Click here to see a list of the current services we have on offer.
Activities
We usually have over 4000 visitors come through our doors each month, so it’s a real community hub. As well as usual library services we have a variety of regular activities, host larger scale events for the whole community and hire out several spaces for workshops, parties and conferences.
Once it is shown that the library is operating successfully, we hope to gradually increase our range of services (including activities with singing) in line with government advice. Changes to the service will be reviewed and extended when it is safe to do so.
Online Support Services
We provide a friendly face to face service, that helps local people access the services and benefits that they are entitled to. We do this by using our knowledge and experience of the systems in play, to overcome the obstacles that frequently prevent or slow down the processes, people are trying to access. A large part of this concerns the use of computers, email and IT technology.
