Yoga class – £8 concessions available – please ask.
The class is breath and alignment based postural yoga it is suitable for all as plenty of options given, beginners welcome. Classes begin with breath awareness, warm up, building to standing poses, and then coming down to seated poses, and always final relaxation (savasana).
Hopefully, leaving us more grounded and connected to our bodies and breath, to others and the world around us. ‘The spirit of the yoga tradition lies in one central truth: we are all inextricably connected’ (Donna Farhi, 2006)

Bring a mat and other props are useful if you have them. Please don’t buy anything if this is your first class, get in touch.

I completed a British Wheel of Yoga Foundation course, also at the Mansion with Matt Gill and 350 hour teacher training with Anna Ashby and Tony Watson at Triyoga (accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance Professionals) and Teaching yoga to Children with Susannah Hoffman at Triyoga (Accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals), Yoga for Back Care, with Anji Gopal (BWY).
I aim to teach from a genuine, kind, welcoming and accepting place.
I believe yoga is for everyone.
