Nowadays stress is a major concern as its presence is felt everywhere and it can take its toll on both our physical and mental health. Even though we cannot eliminate stress completely from our lives, the great news is we can by all means manage and reduce it.
You are invited to join ‘Yoga for Relaxation’ from Tuesday 28th of September from 6:30 to 7:30 PM for an opportunity to breathe, stretch and relax, all of which are proven to help destress both body and mind.
This is going to be a grounding, gentle and slow sequence of stretches designed to help you unwind at the end of a busy day. We will breathe deeply, relax completely and feel at home in our bodies.
Beginner friendly class.
We want our yoga to be accessed by all members of our community. Our lowest price is for people who wouldn’t normally be able to afford a class like this. The highest price is for people who’d like to pay a little extra to help support someone else access the class.
Please be honest and thoughtful when choosing what you can pay.
