Online Support Services
Jun 18 @ 9:30 am - Aug 30 @ 1:00 pm
An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Monday and Thursday, repeating until Sep 30, 2020
Please note: During June we will be delivering this service in our private courtyard out the back under a gazebo to allow social distancing measures.
We provide a friendly face to face service, that helps local people access the services and benefits that they are entitled to. We do this by using our knowledge and experience of the systems in play, to overcome the obstacles that frequently prevent or slow down the processes, people are trying to access. A large part of this concerns the use of computers, email and IT technology.
We are in attendance on Mondays and Thursdays for 1-hour appointments only. When we re-open on 6th July we will have a walk-in service on Mondays.
This service has been running since early 2017 and we have helped hundreds of local people in this time. The satisfaction level amongst our clients is very high.
Clients can book appointments in person or by phone.
Although we are not an advice service, we try to help provide the tools that enable our clients to make their own well-informed decisions.
