Mindful Monday

Take a break from a busy life with Mindful Mondays.

We meet each Monday evening for 2 hours of meditation practice, slow walking and mindful discussion, providing an oasis of calm and mental health wellbeing.

No prior experience of practice is needed to build your tools and facilitate your sanctuary.

We can all use more of that in our lives, so join us at 7pm.  It’s free and you are most welcome.

All donations welcome and please enter via our side entrance (labelled Saplings).
