We provide a friendly face to face service, that helps local people access the
services and benefits that they are entitled to. We do this by using our
knowledge and experience of the systems in play, to overcome the
obstacles that frequently prevent or slow down the processes, people are
trying to access. A large part of this concerns the use of computers, email
and IT technology.
We are in attendance on Mondays and Thursdays for 1-hour appointments
and have walk-in service on Mondays
This service has been running since early 2017 and we have helped
hundreds of local people in this time. The satisfaction level amongst our
