Spring has sprung and we are ready to bounce into action! We have plenty regular activities up and running and a few new ones…

Tuesday Get Together
12th April 2-3pm/ 17th May 11.30-12.30 FREE
We are pleased to announce that our dementia friendly sessions, now called ‘Tuesday Get Together’ have restarted (see dates and times above). Run by the lovely Diane there will be the usual tea, coffee, games, chats and a much loved singalong with Hessie!
The sessions will be monthly to start with, moving to fortnightly in the summer. We looked forward to welcoming anyone who wants to join this session including people suffering from dementia and their carers.

Gentle Seated Yoga is back!
Thursdays 2.15-3pm NEW TIME £5 concessions available
With the lovely Ntathu off in sunnier climates local yoga professional Jo Robinson is now taking over this session. She will offer guided gentle stretches for less mobile people or those recovering from sprains or injuries.
No booking needed, just drop-in

‘Elevenses’ Club – NEW
Thursdays 11-1pm FREE
Drop in for a hot drink and enjoy a board game, cards, dominoes and good company under our friendly dome. For 50+

Yoga class – NEW
Mondays Starting 25th April 11.15am-12.30pm -£8 concessions available
The class is breath and alignment based postural yoga it is suitable for all as plenty of options given, beginners welcome. Classes begin with breath awareness, warm up, building to standing poses, and then coming down to seated poses, and always final relaxation (savasana).
Please contact Claire to book a space in this class, it has not yet been listed on the website. Note there is no payment option on the website, payment is cash or bank transfer.
Please bring a mat, other props are useful if you have them. Please don’t buy anything if this is your first class, please get in touch.
